Was born in 2019, in the midst of a global pandemic. At a time when celebrating felt unimaginable, we held onto one clear belief: celebrating everyday life mattered more than ever. Dreaming, planning, and trusting that this moment would not last forever became a source of hope not only for us, but for everyone who trusted our creations.

We are a Colombian family who chose to migrate to another country, facing unimaginable challenges while carrying what mattered most: a passion for creating, a love for baking, and the conviction that moments shared together are always worth celebrating. In the middle of uncertainty, The Bakers Studio became our life project and a way to connect with others when connection was needed the most.

That journey led us to open a beautiful storefront in Davie, Florida, full of hope and excitement. Yet the timing shaped everything. Visits were few; people chose to stay home, to protect themselves, to avoid exposure. Delivery became the safest way to celebrate, and we adaptedwithout ever stopping our ovens for a single day.

While the world slowed down, our ovens stayed on. Without realizing it, our desserts became our own way of measuring how the pandemic was gradually being overcome.

We began with individual pavlovas, because sharing was not possible. Then came desserts for four and six people. With vaccination and the freedom to gather again, pavlovas and cakes for eight and ten became part of everyday life. And when things finally began to feel truly overcome, the most requested sizes were for twenty or more. Each order became a small victory in the face of a very difficult time.

For three years, we worked from our Davie location. Over time, we understood the need for a more thoughtful and efficient way to work one that allowed us to optimize resources while giving our clients the freedom to receive their desserts at the door of their homes. That is when we transitioned to working from a commercial kitchen.

That decision reaffirmed something essential: our clients are loyal to us, and we are loyal to our quality. Today, The Bakers Studio operates under this model, proving that a brand is not defined by a physical space, but by the intention behind every creation.

Our clients and everyone who has followed our journey have been a fundamental part of this story. Every message, every order, and every celebration shared has given us the strength to continue.
